We own this set, and it is amazing in both construction and detail. Many LEGO sets cost around 10 cents per piece… this set is now around half that cost. Absolutely a deal.

Yes, it has gotten more expensive but they continue to be popular. With the pandemic, more people are at home so this is something that they can do with their kids (or even for their own sanity). Supply and demand. I recently sign up Roku and find out for those free movies, there are multiple 1:30 mins ad time in each of them, quite annoying.

As a comparison, in Amazon prime video (the free version), the ADis only 30 secs, much less distraction.
