I was lucky to get one from BestBuy local store using price-match when Walmart was on sale and available. The price was $449 after price-match and there is 5% in-store Cashback from third party Cashback website, plus credit card has 10% back up to $25 offer (chase). Combined almost $100 off. If BestBuy store do not have inventory, you can pay local and they will ship to you.

Only iPad Pro series has a 120Hz screen refresh rate, four speakers, and a faster processor and graphics than their other iPads. //@anonymous: thanks. in summary, mini has better chip and good for gaming. If all you do is browser based apps, word processing, YouTube, Facebook and social media consumption. Then this is more than enough. If you make 4K videos and are a YouTuber, then it wont be. Can do it…but will take a while.

You can't change RAM but you can upgrade flash chip to 2T or 4T. Find someone help you to solder a new flash chip for upgrade.
